One day I went to the shelter to just look and see who all they had, they were full of lots of sad dogs as usual, I saw lady she was laying in her kennel on the ground trembeling and very lethargic. I asked whats going to happen to her... they said shell be put to sleep probably tomorrow morning. I thought how awful, to spend her last night here on earth under our care sick, dying, and alone. So I adopted Lady from the shelter so she wouldnt be put to sleep. She was very sick with a respitory infection and spent 3 weeks at Dunbar Animal Hospital. Once she was well enough to come home she was like a diferent dog. Lady is 3 years old and great with other dogs and in good health!. I thought i'll easily be able to find her a home once she's better, 7 months later she's still here! I love Lady like my own, but I already have 7 other dogs and run the daycare.... I don't need anymore dogs! She needs someone who has a fenced yard and possibly other dogs to play with. She loves to sit on your lap!
